A cordial welcome – from the new ESD reception team

Welcoming everyone in a friendly and supportive way – this is the mission of ESD Empfangs- & SekretariatsDienstleistungen GmbH. Since 1 July, the ESD team has been providing a warm reception round-the-clock in the lobby at TOWER185 and offering invaluable support in everyday business life.

We are delighted to be onboarding ESD as the new company handling the TOWER185 reception services. Be it booking a taxi, running the phone switchboard, or guiding people round the building, the professional reception team is already busy making certain the staff of all our tenant companies as well as their guests are superbly supported each day of the week. The receptionists help where they can and are of course at hand 24/7.
